We recommend that pregnant women eat food five times in one day.

Bonus:
Synonym: маслиҳат додан
Тавсия додан is used in a more formal sense usually by people with some sort of authority like doctors or teachers, whereas маслиҳат додан (to advise) is used more often in an informal way as in giving a suggestion or opinion.

парвариш ёфтан

парвариш ёфтан: to be cultivated,
to be grown

Писта дар қисмати ҷанубу ғарби ҷумҳурӣ парвариш меёбад.

In the gardens of Tajikistan various fruits are grown – apples, apricots, grapes, peaches, walnuts, pomegranates,

Notice in both sentences places where in Tajik the singular is used but in English the plural is used.

This noun can also mean “to be raised” or “to be educated”  when talking about people. For example:
Ман дар оилаи хуб парвариш ёфтам. (I was raised in a good family.)

минтақа: region, area, zone

Варзоб минтақаи истироҳат дар Тоҷикистон мебошад, ки ҳашт километр дур аз Душанбе аст.
Varzob, which is eight kilometers from Dushanbe, is a region of rest in Tajikistan.
Минтақаи Узбекистон аз Тоҷикистон калонтар аст.
The area of Uzbekistan is larger than the area of Tajikistan.

дониш: knowledge

Bahodur traveled to the United States of America for the purpose of improving (his) knowledge.

ватан

ватан: homeland, native country

Ватани абрешим Хитой мебошад.
The homeland of silk is China.
Ҳар кас дар ватани худ подшоҳ аст!
Every person is king in his own homeland!

ватанфурӯш: traitor

калмурғ: vulture

Калмурғ лонаашро дар болои дарахтони баланд месозад.
The vulture builds its next on the top of high trees.
Калмурғ охири март – аввали апрел як тухм мегузорад.
The vulture lays one egg at the end of March or beginning of April.

Bonus:
In the days of the USSR the Russian word for circus, цирк, was more common in Tajikistan, but Tajiks are now more likely to use сирк. The tripadvisor website has some before and after pictures of the name change on the circus building: State Tajikistan Circus.
