асосгузор: founder

The founder of the nation of Tajiks was Ismoil Somoni.
Алхоразмӣ асосгузори илми алҷабр мебошад.
Al-Khwarizmi is the founder of Algebra.
Bonus:
асос (foundation) + гузор (from гузоштан: to put) = founder, one who lays(puts) the foundation.
Combining a noun with the suffix гузор gives a new word that is usually a person who lays or puts something. Examples:
имзогузор: signer
сармоягузор: depositor
қонунгузор: legislator
баҳогузор: valuer

қатӣ

қатӣ: with

Ман падарам қатӣ омадам.
I came with my father.
Онҳо бачаҳояшон қатӣ ба қишлоқ рафтанд.
They went with their children to the village.
Bonus:
Synonyms: бо, ҳамроҳи
Note that қатӣ usually comes after the noun, whereas бо would come before the noun. The first sentence could also be “Ман қатӣ падарам омадам.”
Both қатӣ and катӣ are correct spellings of this word.
Interesting ways this word is used:
саҳар қатӣ – in the morning
Example: Ман саҳар қатӣ ба кор рафтам. (I went to work in the morning.)
Also қатӣ кардан – to mix

тамом кардан

тамом кардан: to finish

Муаллим, дарсҳояшро тамом карда, ба хона рафт.
The teacher, finishing her lessons, went home.
Вай корашро тамом накарда, ба кӯча баромад.
He went out on the street without finishing his work.

Synonyms: ба охир расонидан, буд кардан (work), хатм кардан (school)

тамом: all, whole

A simpler way to say the first sentence would be, “Муаллим дарсҳояшро тамом кард ва ба хона рафт.”
But Tajiks often string their verbs together as in these two examples without using the word “ва” (and).

ҳар гуна

ҳар гуна: every kind

Дар ин боғ ҳар гуна меваҳо: себ, анор, зардолу, шафтолу ва нок ҳаст.
In this garden is every kind of fruit: apple, pomegranate, apricot, peach and pear.
Аз ҳар гуна бадӣ худдорӣ кунед.
Abstain from every kind of evil.
