Роҳи сафед is a very common phrase said to somebody about to leave on a journey. White represents good fortune and other good things. So you can translate this phrase as “May your trip be good (or safe)”, or simply as “have a great trip”.

ҳуҷайра

ҳуҷайра: cell

Ба монанди дигар мавҷудоти зинда бадани одам низ аз ҳуҷайраҳо иборат аст.
Like other living creatures, the human body is also composed of cells.
Дар ҳар як организм миқдори зиёди ҳуҷайраҳо мавҷуд аст.
In every organism there is a large quantity of cells.

бомаза

бомаза: delicious

ирсӣ: hereditary

For the prevention of hereditary diseases and disabilities in children one must refrain from marriage with a close relative.

ҳайкал: statue

In Dushanbe they have built a statue of grandfather Talabshoh and his bear named Maria.

Бобо is often used as an affectionate name for an old man who is not necessarily one’s grandfather. Bobo Talabshoh would walk his bear around Dushanbe, and even took the bear on the bus. The black stork compared to the white stork is smaller.

ба шумор рафтан

ба шумор рафтан: to be considered, to be counted

Дарёи Вахш яке аз дарёи машҳури Тоҷикистон ба шумор меравад.
The River Vakhsh is considered one of the well-known (famous) rivers of Tajikistan.
Муштарӣ дар системаи офтобӣ сайёраи калонтарин ба шумор меравад.
Jupiter is considered the largest planet in the solar system.
Bonus:
Synonym: ҳисоб ёфтан
The better translation for ба шумор ёфтан is “to be counted”, but sometimes in English it translates better as “to be considered”.
Шуморидан means “to count”.

системаи офтобӣ

системаи офтобӣ: solar system

Зӯҳра яке аз сайёраҳои системаи офтобӣ мебошад.
Venus is one of the planets of the solar system.
Муштарӣ панҷумин сайёра аз Офтоб буда яке аз сайёраҳои системаи офтобист.
Jupiter being the fifth planet from the sun is one of the planets of the solar system.

To make the noun офтоб (sun) into an adjective you add the suffix ӣ. Офтобӣ can mean sunny or solar depending on the context.
рӯзи офтобӣ: sunny day
мавизи офтобӣ: sun raisins (we would say sun-dried raisins in English)
батареяи офтобӣ: solar battery
айнаки офтобӣ: sunglasses

дарсад

дарсад: percent

Дар Тоҷикистон 24 дарсад тамоку ва 8 дарсад нос истифода мебаранд.
In Tajikistan 24 percent use cigarettes and 8 percent use dipping tobacco.
Тибқи омор 66 дарсади сокинони сайёра аз смартфон истифода мебаранд.
According to statistics 66 percent of the residents of the planet use a smart phone.

Фоиз is the more common word for percent, but more recent publications often choose to use дарсад.
Дарсад is the word used in Iranian Farsi. Dari in Afghanistan uses the word фисад. And Tajikistan Tajik most commonly uses фоиз. Many Tajiks, however, will use the Russian word процент in their speech.
