The blacksmith (iron smith) beat the iron and made a horseshoe.

пуртаҷриба

пуртаҷриба: experienced

пур (full) + таҷриба (experience) = пуртаҷриба (experienced, full of experience)
Пуртаҷриба can also be translated “talented”, which is possibly a better translation for the second sentence.
Dilshod Nazarov is a talented Tajik athlete who won the first ever Olympic medal for Tajikistan in 2016, competing in the hammer throw.
Пур is a very useful prefix to add to nouns to make adjectives. Here are more examples:

пурнамак: salty (намак: salt)
пурсабр: very patient (сабр: patience)

пухтан

пухтан: to ripen

Пас аз олу зардолу мепазад.
The apricot ripens after the plum.
Зилоли сурх дар моҳҳои май-июн гул карда, мевааш дар моҳҳои август-сентябр мепазад.
The barberry flowers in the months of May and June, and ripens in the months of August and September.

Пухтан also means “to cook”.

овардан

овардан: to bring

Ту ба боғ рав, каме меваи тоза биёр.
You go to the garden and bring back a little fresh fruit.
Онҳо барои модари худашон тӯҳфа оварданд.
They brought a present for their mother.

Овардан is also used as a helper verb, for example:
